Two Oceans Marathon 2006
The African Pulse’s Project Coordinator, Jo Ward, tested her stamina over the 24 kilometers of the Two Oceans Half Marathon in Cape Town this April. Jo raised £390 for the charity and proved us all proud once again!

“A Closer Walk” HIV & AIDS Awareness Film
Held at the Head Office of GlaxoSmithKline in Brentford, West London, to mark World AIDS Day 2005 we showed the film “A Closer Walk” narrated by Will Smith and Glenn Close. This powerful documentary takes a sensitive look at the whole issue of HIV/AIDS and the impact on societies around the world.
