CD-ROM

The CD-ROM takes the user through a short animated story, based on Feroza’s fictional experiences, punctuated by a number of interactive pages. The multimedia tool is also available by download.

The interactive pages expand on themes introduced within the story such as HIV prevalence around the world, the impact of HIV on society, a balanced diet and making informed life choice decisions. The interactive pages take the form of games or activities which reinforce the themes imparted through the story-telling.

The user develops a number of different skills including knowledge assessment, sourcing, information handling, sentence construction,
categorisation and vocabulary as well as basic IT literacy.
